Jigsaw returns in Saw VI on October 23, 2009. No plot yet, but, seriously - does it really matter? Shock Till You Drop reports that Saw franchise editor Kevin Greutert is directing from a script by Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton.
The last time any franchise consistently pumped out one installment every year was the Police Academy films. They, of course, stopped going theatrical at 7. Will Jigsaw best Mahoney, Hightower, Tackleberry and the rest of the gang? I suppose we find out in October 2011....
