After two years of battling it out in court it finally looks like Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have worked things out:
Britney Spears’ nearly two-year ongoing custody drama with ex-husband Kevin Federline ended Friday in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
Federline’s child support payments will go from $15,000 to $20,000 beginning July 15, 2008, according to court documents. Spears will also pay Federline’s $250,000 legal bill.
The kids will be staying with Kevin and Britney will get more face time with them over the current arrangement which gives her 2 monitored day-time visits and 1 monitored overnight visit.
I haven’t heard yet what this will be increased to, but I was able to confirm that this means the children will be needing indefinite therapy from early to late adulthood as a result.
Later this week Britney will be back in court to determine if her father should continue to manage her estate. Uh, that hearing shouldn’t take long.
